Cross Country
Posted May 07, 2022
After a frosty start to the day, it was nice to see the sun out and all our KKPS students celebrating being able to get out and about and wear their house t-shirts with pride. The whole school took part in the annual trek down to Moore Park and filled the stands with vibrant house colours. Competition was at its prime as students in Year 4-6 battled for the opportunity to represent at Northern Cluster. Students cheered on their peers as they came down the finishing chute in front of the stands and celebrated everyone’s effort in crossing the finish line.
It was fantastic to POTS running the annual Cake Stall and fundraising for future school projects.
A huge thank you to all the staff, parents and volunteers who helped make this day possible.
Well done to all the students who participated and congratulations to our top 3 place getters.

Northern Cluster
Congratulations to our students who represented KKPS at Northern Clusters. It was a great day in the hills of Whakamara and KKPS students represented with pride. It was a tough course but all students gave their all and we are extremely proud of them.
A huge well done to Alex, Monty and Jordan who were successful at Northern Clusters and placed in the top 7, qualifying for the WBOP Cross Country champs.
